Agnese D'Anna - PhD Student (2021-)

Agnese is a PhD candidate in Employment Relations at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Her doctoral research examines collective bargaining in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland through a comparative analysis across different historical phases. Before undertaking her PhD on a full-time basis, she worked as a trade union organiser with the Financial Services Union across Dublin and Belfast while pursuing her doctoral studies part-time.
